#EP031 | The Manager's Action in the Face of the Learning Gap in Elementary School II

Flaviane de Carvalho Andrade's research investigates how school principals create and plan strategies to help Elementary School II students who have reading and writing difficulties. The study seeks to show that committed leadership is essential to ensure that no student is left behind and has access to quality education.
