O objetivo é analisar o papel desses gestores em apoiar professores e garantir o direito à educação de qualidade para alunos com deficiência. A pesquisa busca mostrar que uma liderança consciente e preparada é essencial para transformar a inclusão em uma realidade diária nas escolas.
