Digital technologies and education: Methodologies, Strategies and Challenges Applied to High School

This research deals with education and digital information and communication technologies (Tdics) notably related to methodologies, strategies and challenges applied to high school. This work is part of the research line “Teacher Training and Professional Development”, of the Concentration Area “Teacher Training for Basic Education” of the Professional Master in Education of the University of Taubaté and aimed to investigate how the development of TDICS competences influence the educational practices of teachers in the creation of actions and new practices. The nature of the research was qualitative, having as a method the action research that seeks to investigate through multiple data collection instruments such as semi-structured interview, structured questionnaire, selfie tool for analysis and verification of the use of institutional technologies and discussion groups, forms for improvements and resolutions of educational practices with the use of technologies. The design thinking approach was used to structure the process of empathy and validation of participants' ideas in the groups. Applied to two institutions, involving the management team, Information Technology professionals (OF), teachers and students class representatives for a collaborative construction in motion. As a result, It was identified that continuous professional development and digital skills should be worked, through formative spaces, so that they start building moments of collaboration, aggregating pedagogical practices with digital strategies, Considering that many teachers have limited time for training and/or training and that schools need better infrastructure to meet academic demands in the expectations of all involved, enabling collaborative constructions that will subsidize pedagogical political projects and other academic projects. It was built as a technical product, Fruit of this research, an ebook and a curator site sharing the experiences for disseminating and sharing information to the entire school community.
