#EP029 | Welcome to Beginning Teachers of the Technical Course: Aspects of the Beginning of the Trajectory

Fernanda Maciel Marques' research investigates the reception of beginning teachers in Technical Education. The study analyzes how relationships in the school environment influence this initial phase of the teaching career, with the aim of proposing more humane practices, inclusive and welcoming for these educators.
