A pesquisa de Elaine de Jesus Martins Gaspar acompanha a jornada de professores iniciantes, utilizando contos de fadas como ferramenta para tornar a alfabetização mais envolvente. O estudo busca mostrar como a troca de experiências e a criatividade podem fortalecer o professor e tornar a aprendizagem mais significativa para as crianças. O objetivo final é criar materiais didáticos que possam ser utilizados por outras escolas.
