During the month of August, students of the Professional Master's in Education at the University of Taubaté, entrants to the class of 2025, experienced an innovative experience that combined scientific dissemination, accessible communication and audio production.

In the subjects Didactic and Technological Resources in Teacher Training and Inclusive Education and Diversity, Master's students were instructed to develop radio spots featuring, in an accessible way, the context of their research and the problems they seek to solve through their research.

The objective was to encourage students to reflect on the audience for which their research can make a difference., taking into account people who are often outside the university and do not have access to discussions that take place in academia.

To carry out the project, students received guidance on the concept of radio spots and scientific dissemination, wrote their texts with the support of teachers and recorded the audios in the university's podcast studio.

“The idea was to bring students closer to the practice of communicating science in a clear and engaging way, using a short and accessible format to dialogue with the community”, highlight the teachers responsible for the initiative.

Not total, 36 students participated in the activity and their spots are being broadcast on Rádio Unitau, with six daily insertions, in addition to being available on Spotify, on the PodEducar profile, which brings together the content produced by the Professional Master's in Education.

The academic community and the general public are invited to check out this work and learn about the research carried out by master's students. To listen to the spots, just access the link below:
