This ebook is the result of a dissertation defended in 20 March 2023, bringing as a theme: Practices in the school environment that promote personal and professional development. This material aims to present the survey conducted between the year 2021 e 2022 , held in a city in the interior of São Paulo, in which 106 teachers participated, answering a questionnaire about your sociodemographic profile and your learning and development experiences in the school environment. Through this, were held 10 interviews selected by adhesion criterion from the last question of the questionnaire. In a more summary approach this ebook brings important data and theoretical contributions to reflect on continuing education in the work environment itself, considering it as a location enhancer of the development of all involved.
