Professors and students of the Postgraduate Program in Education and Human Development at UNITAU participated in the V International Congress in Varginha. The event called “The World in Disruption” discussed the changes that are happening in the world, with the focus on the emergence of a new economy that is changing the way of living and working in our society. The congress took place in Varginha-MG in the days 26 e 27 of April.
Student participation in academic events promotes debate and research improvement, as other teachers can see and raise questions about the work being done. Student participation was highly praised.. On the other hand, themselves can understand the importance of this participation, as stated by Pollyanna Almeida, MDH course student.
“Participating in the Congress was an opportunity for the development of our critical thinking from the discussions of the works presented. We need to promote and demand more research-related actions, only in this way we Brazilians will be able to build a future for the country”.
