The teachers of the Master's Program in Human Development and Education Lecture, Angela Boccara de Paula, Maria Auxiliadora Ávila and Suzana Lopes Salgado Ribeiro attended a lecture entitled “Oral History and the contemporary world: a global perspective”, by English historian Paul Thompson, author of the work the voice of the past, first published in 1978 and reference in Oral History. Paul Thompson is Professor Emeritus of Sociology at the University of Essex, England, is founder and editor of the magazine Oral History and yes National Life Stories from the British Library. The lecture was held on the day 7 June at Sesc Vila Mariana, in Sao Paulo.
