Faculty and Master's students participate in the IV ACINNET International Congress in Portugal

The entourage of the Master's Program in Human Development at the University of Taubaté was composed by the coordinator of the program, four professors, two master's students and a master graduated from the program. This group participated by presenting research papers at three thematic tables at the IV International Congress of the Acinnet Network, whose theme was: internationalization, entrepreneurship, employability and sustainability. The congress was held in May 2018, in the city of Porto, Portugal, and was hosted by the Polytechnic Institute of Porto.

The ACINNET International Congress was one of the first major initiatives organized by the Academic International Network (ACINNET), founded in 2014, of which the Polytechnic of Porto is a founding member. ACINNET is an academic and scientific cooperation network that aims to strengthen bilateral relations between higher education institutions in Latin/South America and Europe.. It currently comprises fourteen institutions., among which, UNITAU and, in addition to exchanges, regularly hosts webinars, online courses and other activities.

The group attended other thematic sessions seeking to establish working contacts in order to develop activities together

to carry out the internationalization, urgent need for strictu sensu graduate programs and that the program has already started when it enters this network.
Staying in Portugal also made it possible to get to know the University of Porto; the University of Minho, in Braga and the University of Aveiro.
