]]> This research deals with education and digital information and communication technologies (Tdics) notably related to methodologies, strategies and challenges applied to high school. This work is part of the research line “Teacher Training and Professional Development”, of the Concentration Area “Teacher Training for Basic Education” of the Professional Master in Education of the University of Taubaté and aimed to investigate how the development of TDICS competences influence the educational practices of teachers in the creation of actions and new practices. The nature of the research was qualitative, having as a method the action research that seeks to investigate through multiple data collection instruments such as semi-structured interview, structured questionnaire, selfie tool for analysis and verification of the use of institutional technologies and discussion groups, forms for improvements and resolutions of educational practices with the use of technologies. The design thinking approach was used to structure the process of empathy and validation of participants' ideas in the groups. Applied to two institutions, involving the management team, Information Technology professionals (OF), teachers and students class representatives for a collaborative construction in motion. As a result, It was identified that continuous professional development and digital skills should be worked, through formative spaces, so that they start building moments of collaboration, aggregating pedagogical practices with digital strategies, Considering that many teachers have limited time for training and/or training and that schools need better infrastructure to meet academic demands in the expectations of all involved, enabling collaborative constructions that will subsidize pedagogical political projects and other academic projects. It was built as a technical product, Fruit of this research, um e-book e um site de curadoria compartilhando as vivências para divulgação e partilha de informações a toda a comunidade escolar.

]]> Este produto técnico apresenta sugestões de atividades para Resolução de Problemas nos Anos Iniciais e é fruto de uma pesquisa realizada por Maria Marisa Braz dos Santos e orientada por Maria Teresa de Moura Ribeiro no Programa de Pós-Graduação – Mestrado Profissional em Educação da Universidade de Taubaté, intitulada “Resolução de problemas no Ensino Fundamental: desenvolvendo o pensamento matemático em alunos do terceiro ano dos Anos Iniciais”. Esta pesquisa teve como objetivo desenvolver o pensamento matemático em alunos de uma sala do terceiro ano dos Anos Iniciais por meio da Resolução de Problemas.
Participaram deste estudo vinte e seis alunos de uma sala regular do terceiro ano dos Anos Iniciais matriculados em uma escola de Ensino Fundamental de uma rede municipal na região do Vale do Paraíba, no Estado de São Paulo.
Este produto educacional traz as 16 atividades realizadas com os alunos, nas quais a Resolução de Problemas foi utilizada para explorar conteúdos matemáticos com os alunos participantes, por meio do trabalho em grupo de maneira agradável e significativa.

]]> This ebook is the result of a dissertation defended in 20 March 2023, bringing as a theme: Practices in the school environment that promote personal and professional development. This material aims to present the survey conducted between the year 2021 e 2022 , held in a city in the interior of São Paulo, in which 106 teachers participated, answering a questionnaire about your sociodemographic profile and your learning and development experiences in the school environment. Through this, were held 10 interviews selected by adhesion criterion from the last question of the questionnaire. In a more summary approach this ebook brings important data and theoretical contributions to reflect on continuing education in the work environment itself, considerando-o como local potencializador do desenvolvimento de todos os envolvidos.

]]> The activities presented in this ebook were elaborated in partnership with experienced teachers and early childhood education participating in the formative meetings held for the dissertation research of the Professional Master in Education with the theme “The Training in Movement: collaborative actions between beginner and experienced teachers in early childhood education ”. Shared proposals were made with babies and children, and sought to meet the learning objectives and development of each age group, aligned with BNCC. All proposals have possibilities for developments, indicating other contexts to continue the learning experience of babies and children. With suggestions from different spaces, Materials and Interventions. After the proposal, We added a space for registration and evaluation, with good questions to guide the teacher's reflection at this time.
