The thesis was related to a research carried out with a group of teachers from a municipal school in the east of São Paulo.. Were 20 training meetings with the theme of Special-Inclusive Education that made up the Research-Trans-Formation, research developed by GADS (Teaching Activity and Subjectivity Group) by PUC-SP. Research that lasted almost a year and a half and, using the category of Socio-Historical Psychology – Subjective Dimension of Reality – brought important aspects of teacher performance and training for school inclusion.
